Individual Therapy Session (53+ mins): $150

Initial Intake/Assessment: $200

Payment Method: All major credit cards, HSA, and FSA cards are accepted through a secure client portal.

Payment Policy: Payment is due at the time of service via credit card via our HIPAA-compliant portal. It is required to have a card on file prior to the rendering of services. Failure to have a card on file will result in the cancellation of services until that is remedied. Therapy Notes.

I am currently Private Pay only, but I am in the active process of joining several insurance panels to better serve the New Mexico community.

Anticipated In-Network Status (Early Summer 2026): I am currently finalizing credentialing with the following providers:

  • Presbyterian Health Plan

  • Tricare West

  • New Mexico Medicaid

  • Medicare

  • SWBHIPA (Southwest Behavioral Health IPA)

Out-of-Network Reimbursement

If you have a PPO plan and wish to start therapy now, I can provide you with a Superbill. You may submit this to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

How to check your benefits: Call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask:

  1. "Do I have out-of-network benefits for outpatient mental health?"

  2. "What is my out-of-network deductible?"

  3. "What percentage of the fee is covered for CPT code 90837?"
